Promotional Commerce

On behalf of Subaru of America, I would like to thank Promotional Commerce for its efforts in helping us create our Web-based rewards programs – especially our Superstar plan.

I especially appreciate how quickly Promotional Commerce took the vision of our branding program and turned it into a reality on our Web site. As I’ve worked with them during the past several years, I have been impressed by their responsiveness to our needs. When I have sent a question about the Web site, I don’t think I’ve waited more than an hour for an answer – including the times I’ve reached out after business hours. There have even been a few occasions where I requested an ASAP change to the site, with expectations that it be finished within a few days. Promotional Commerce has consistently surpassed those expectations by putting changes in place within hours – unheard of in my experiences with Web site development and management.

Because of its continued dedication and responsiveness, I look forward to many more years of working with Promotional Commerce on both the Superstar program and others as our Web needs evolve.
